Can the model preserve rights floors, appeal, separation of powers and minority protection as more value choices move closer to citizens?
Participation & legitimacy
Test voting fatigue, participation premiums, sortition, representativeness and new participation gaps.
Budget & incentives
Stress-test the cost model and investigate the strategic behaviours the system creates.
AI & knowledge layer
Test model pluralism, source traceability, bias, Goodhart effects and human review.
Security & ballot secrecy
Attack identity separation, lottery design, audit trails, insider threats and recovery.
